    TS as per DOLE, dili dapat mo deduct ang employer nimo more than half sa supposed to be madawat nimo. kana mga SSS ug uban pa like loans ky dili na compulsory na ideduct especially ir niresign ka. Nipirma na kag Quit Claim or wala? before unta ka ni pirma sa quit claim ky nangayo ka breakdown sa computation para aware ka giunsa pag come up to na amount then imo usa iconsult sa DOLE total dili man pd cguro ka in a rush mo kuha sa 800 diba? Plus wala na girequire ni SSS ug Pag-ibig na ideduct sa last pay ang Loan Balance for resignation oi. Ka heartless pd ana imong company oi!

    maayo ka naay 800. akong last pay kay 0 pesos 30k SSS loan ug mga excess leaves nga nagamit hehehe

    ka way klaro ani na update sa government uy. kuhaan imung last pay unya dugay kaayo ma release ang bir form from the previous company. unya pag update dako kaayo deduction. way klaro ani.

    wala ko gi pirmihan ana sa exit interview lang na form na nauli nako tanang gamit from company like ID and stuff. wala jud sila mag ingon man lang na kuhaan imong last pay sa imong loan. bisan pag hatag na lang ug heads up ba sa deductions bisan kana na lang jud. unta dili na mabalik sa ila ilang gibuhat.

    Na pass nana nga balaod mam ang stated there na if the case maybe that the separation benefits is not sufficient to settle the outstanding balance of loan or if the employer fails for whatever reason, to deduct the same from said separation benefits. I hereby authorize PAGIBIG Fund to apply whatever benefits are due me from the Fund to settle the said obligation.

    ang sayop ra jud mam kay wala cya ma inform in advance mao ra jud na.....

    one time nag loan ko ug PagIbig nya i stop paying becoz i resign after the loan period the entire balance were settled using my contribution.

    so this is one of the reason why they change the policy to deduct the loan obligation in the time being of your resignation
