Default Last Pay with Last Deductions?

Hello everyone, I really have a hard time understanding on what is the real basis for computing last pay. I resigned June this year and after couple of months I received my final paycheck. However, I was so surprised because it's not the amount that I was expecting. I am not expecting for too much but Php 800 for last pay? I should be getting more than that but the deduction was way too high. They included my Pag-Ibig and SSS loan as part of the deduction, is that legal? And, during exit interview they didn't mention that to me so when I received my final paycheck I was really pissed. I was with the company for 3 years and that's all I am getting?

    Makalagot kaayu.

pero tama ba na i-apil nila ug deduct ang loan sa last pay? diba it's the discretion na sa loaner ug sa iyang gi loanan? wala naman labut dapat ang company ana, diba?

the above is the new policy........

Ingon man gud nila nga Ignorance of the Law excuses no one......

(mao niy nakaparat atong kaugalingong kwarta atong utangon)

next time bro if mo resign ka dapat limpyo naka sa mga Mandatory remittances
