In forum setting, it is okay to post scam and modus alerts. But when it had to do naming of names or pictures, then FACTS should be presented as what @kentoy0224 stated and the poster should be ready for counter charges. Naming of names does not necessarily mean a person, it could be a brand, name of a product, establishments, companies, etc. Even if a disclaimer is there that iSTORYA will not be held liable, by posting the libelous post or remarks in this site makes them liable too in some cases. That's why we should be careful, think before posting as this site will not tolerate this kind of remarks/postings.
