a fraternity/sorority is civic group which establishes brotherhood in every essence. but being a greek here in the philippines has slowly become misleading. tainted by killings and misconceptions of the premises of their brotherhood.. luoy na lang ang mga tarong na member sa kani mga frat kay madamay

if you were to ask me if it is necessary yes it is, supposedly. you can help other people through civic projects and your brothers can help you as long as the intention is good.

if i were to belong in one, i'd APO (alpha phi omega) because i can still see the essence of brotherhood in them and naa pud dghan evidence sa ila civic work

since 1925 pa mi and still existing today, its bcoz of the unbroken circle of friendship.!

pangita lang ug sakto nga fraternity na sudlan nimo. ayaw ng pasikat lang. the older the better siguro but still e check unsa ilang nadugayan.

It is not important. It isn't a need, it's a want. But if you do join, have a purpose, and choose the frat that serves your purpose. Like what others say here about sa apo. They sure are doing well their work as a frat, and to the frat members na do try to screen your recruits. Ang nahitabo lately mn gud kay mu recruit bisan kinsa for the the sake of having while ang uban mo join ra for the sake of joining. But for me personally, it's a child play, unless you do something good out of it. No offense to all frat members
