    Angry How to counter an abusive GM in a certain online game that you PAY for?




    There was an event last week in this game called RF USA. The player above just wanted to follow-up on the status of their prizes since their team won the event. The runner-up team already got theirs so he wondered why their team, the champion team, didn't. If you can see the timestamp on the posts of the concerned player, he waited a few hours before posting again. So the player got irked and surprised why the GM replied and considered his query a "harassment" and threatened the player that by doing such query, the said prizes will be delayed in inserting to their respective characters much further.

    The GMs in this game did things in certain cases which made power tripping, favoritism and racism evident in their parts. I know it's just a game but I just hate the fact that people whom we pay for their services act too unprofessional towards gamers who deserve a better customer service from them. Is there any way to counter such an abusive person? Filing a report against that person to their company head might fall on deaf ears.

    Thanks for those who'll reply seriously. For those who won't, please...stfu if you have nothing good/helpful to say.

    That's like the easiest way for them to win. Giving up on the issue isn't a real solution. If there's one thing I've learned in online games, it's fighting back when you get bullied.

    pwede man tingali ka maka reklamo ana mam sa ila furom mismo, nya ad2 i address imo reklamo sa pinakataas na official ana na game. if mo reklamo pud ka, walay kasiguroan. maitag naa ka did2 dapit kng asa ang server anang online games pra ma personal nmo follow up. ang imo reklamo mahulog lng sa wala..

    Well my friend already filed a complaint to the California Department of Consumer Affairs or the Better Business Bureau. We're just waiting for a reply. It's useless to file a complaint in the forum or through their customer service department since it'll just fall on deaf ears. Racist man gud na sila so syempre kampihan jud na nila ang ilang ka-race.

    Di man sya scam. Power tripping lang. Bale ang GM sa game was being an asshole. Murag kung sa bisaya pa "samoka nimo oi! sige i-delay na lang ni nako inyong premyo kay samok ka!" <---Murag ing-ana iya gibuhat.     Basin na-delay rajud ang GM ato. Bati iyang pagkatubag, yes agree ko, kay especially walay assurance ang iyang statement nga nadawat ang player. Pero if the delay was only a couple of hours between the distribution of winners, I don't think it matters.

    Ingon ka the GM is being 'racist' or biased? I don't think you can do something about it but complain. Pero as we all know, mahulog ra sa wala na ang complain. It's their game, their decisions. You didn't really PAY for the game bro, ni-donate ramo.

    Sorry but kung dili jud mo nahan sa rules, advice nako kay muhawa nalang. I played RF _____ back then, rampant kaayo ang OP donate unya ang GM kay manghatag free items. All I can do that time was leave jud.

    Be aware lang nga ang owner sa RF Online karon (Gamescampus?) kay mu-contact sa Paypal para ipa-down ang private servers nga mga RF. PoA is already down kay tungod sa kasikat ug updated patches. Bantay-bantay lang, ayaw lang pyansa sige donate if nag-donate mo.

    That's why i stop playing private servers (esp foreign ones)

    it really sucks (gm's are biased, racist etc.)

    you'll never get heard bout your problems ... but complain bout you can't donate and there all ears

    it's just a pain in the ass...

    i DDOS pa nako sauna dah tagam ahahahaha

    First of all, RF USA isn't a private server. Second, there are particular laws covering online transactions including purchases made for online games via their website. Third, we're not that stupid to think and not actually consider about GMs inserting the prizes a bit later than expected because they manually do it themselves so human as they are, they do get delayed. Fourth, I'm not a dude. -_- What we're trying to point out are the ff:

    1. the way he/she handled our follow-up and considered our follow-up as a harassment
    2. how rude he/she replied to us, paying customers

    "didn't really PAY for the game" <-- You effin serious? We purchase in-game cash points for cash shop items through credit card, paypal and other payment methods. Unlike your no-brainer private server, we don't donate to GMs for items and whatever. We farm, we PL, we hunt PBs just like how it was in RF Ph. In short, kayod mi, gahago mi sa among mga items dili parehas sa private server na dawat limpyo, walay challenge, para ras mga tamad.

    Hawa na lang kay di ganahan sa rules? Naa ba gud sa rules nila ang favoritism ug racism? Dili ang game akong gi-complain. Ang GM mismo. Sorry ha. Di man gud ko parehas nimo na kay abi man wala nay mabuhat, wala na lang sad gyu'y buhaton. I am a type of person who seeks ways to resolve an issue as best as I could. I want to teach that person a lesson. Mao bitaw dili tanang Pinoy muasenso kay kung hopeless na gani ang situation, give up dayon ang i-solution. Pathetic.

    I made this thread to get "useful" inputs, not discouragement.

    Please get your facts straight about RF USA. It's NOT a private server.
