There was an event last week in this game called RF USA. The player above just wanted to follow-up on the status of their prizes since their team won the event. The runner-up team already got theirs so he wondered why their team, the champion team, didn't. If you can see the timestamp on the posts of the concerned player, he waited a few hours before posting again. So the player got irked and surprised why the GM replied and considered his query a "harassment" and threatened the player that by doing such query, the said prizes will be delayed in inserting to their respective characters much further.
The GMs in this game did things in certain cases which made power tripping, favoritism and racism evident in their parts. I know it's just a game but I just hate the fact that people whom we pay for their services act too unprofessional towards gamers who deserve a better customer service from them. Is there any way to counter such an abusive person? Filing a report against that person to their company head might fall on deaf ears.
