the first 2 weeks i lost 5 lbs then for the 3rd week my weight stayed the same and increased by 0.5 lbs the 4th week. my body looking great though in the mirror. my first goal was just fat loss and get ripped then decided to build muscle.
im 5'9 and weigh 167 lbs as of the moment. what could i be doing wrong?
done most of my reading from fitness and health sites and majority of which from bodybuilding.com.
