I wouldn't recommend any fat burners. There's is no pill that will make you lose weight. You lose weight because of a calorie deficit. Eat less! Research on proper nutrition. There are already a lot of info in this thread

It would be a little difficult since protein is the primary macronutrient that is used to build/repair muscle tissue. Insufficient protein will make it harder to gain muscle. It is possible but it won't be optimal. It would take longer than usual!

sir xenoxorph i have a question.
i have been weight training for about a month now. mostly compound exercises. i lift weights 3 times a week then moderate cardio
3-4 times a week. strict calorie deficit diet plan with 40 40 20. supplementing with whey, multivitamins and omega 3.
the first 2 weeks i lost 5 lbs then for the 3rd week my weight stayed the same and increased by 0.5 lbs the 4th week. my body looking great though in the mirror. my first goal was just fat loss and get ripped then decided to build muscle.
im 5'9 and weigh 167 lbs as of the moment. what could i be doing wrong?
done most of my reading from fitness and health sites and majority of which from bodybuilding.com.
