    Supplements were made to supplement your nutrition. That being said, it is NOT necessary. It might make dieting more convenient, but in no way will you ever NEED it.

    Camote, veggies, fruits and oatmeal are some examples.

    Word of advice, it's not what you eat but how much you eat. Example, you were eating 500calories of rice everyday... You replace it with 500 calories of fruits... End result? You maintained! Make sure you're eating less, not just finding a replacement for it. It's not the food you eat that makes you gain/lose weight. Its HOW MUCH you eat!

    i wanna try IF but im not sure which part nako iinsert. DAY 1: Biceps and Triceps Day 2: Shoulders back and legs Day 3. Cardio and ABS. anyone?

    @Xeno, ako say tubag aning question ni pebbles kay ikaw bayay gatudlo nako og IF, wihehehhe.
    @pebbles, you don't need to think of a day to insert IF. I know there are a lot of methods out there but for me, I do the 18-6 method everyday and sometimes the full 24-1. I even train fasted and I feel stronger than when I have eaten. It really enhances my life since I don't need to eat 5 meals a day and don't need to bring a lot of baon at work. What's good about it is I can eat a lot while watching TV. My only problem is maglutaw ko magdrive padulong work kay katulgon pa nya way breakfast and I need to say to myself, "Focus, focus, focus!" wahahhaha.
