HD7770 on a 450W PSU

The AMD manufacturer website states that the required minimum power for the HD 7770 is 500W, I find that very hard to believe since a 7770 consumes so less power.. so Im asking your opinion whether it is possible to install this VC to a system with a 450W PSU

System Specs:
Asrock H61M-ITX
Core i5 - 3330
1 x 8gb RipjawsX 1600mhz CL10 1.5V
1 x 500gb Seagate Baracuda
1 x 120 mm Silverstone AP121 fan

lagi.. mao wa gyud q nitoo.. 80W rah gud nang 7770 nya irequire ug 500W nga PSU.. yati nlang.. ang PSU nga aq gigamit is 80+bronze BTW..

sus kaya kau na bro di jud ka mag problema basta true rated imong psu. truth be told dili jud tanan ma consume sa computer power capabilities sa psu kana pang allowance rana cla dko nga allowance. hahahaha

kana man gud gi recommend sa AMD ug Nvidia kay para na sa whole system... dako kaayo na'g head room kay basin mag OC pa ang owner... safe side na sila...

brow as long as true rated ang psu mo wala kang dapat ikaworry kahit 450w lang yan be sure na true rated tlaga go for branded na psu at 80+ certified.. hindi man din mag dual vc ang client mo so its ok lang
