    exercise, fruits, lotsa vegetables, use corn oil instead of palm/coconut oil, and less fried food and sabaw sabaw lang ka na dili gisado pagkaluto. if all else fail, paglipitor na lang kay makalower na og cholesterol.

    1. la nako ni eat og rice (yaw eat anang jobee, mcdo, etc). white meat e eat.
    2. exercise,gym or sport.
    3. dont eat junkfoods.
    4. sleep og tarong
