i have to agree with SioDenz' first statement but i guess we should move on to another form of government, our country has not improve tungod aning "democracy" kuno.

The system is Not the one that will Make you better, Its the people that makes a system better. If we change the Government But the same Politicians will still remain in office, if the mindset of the voting public is the same - can our country become a First world Country?

ingon sa goberno nga ang qualified ra nga senior maka dawat. pero walay specific qualification? basta 60 kadawat naka? ayaw lang ninyo laina pagsabot ha.. diba medyo unfair sa senior nga naay TIN? parihas ra silag madawat sa mga seniors nga walay TIN? sa mga naay TIN ra baya gihapon na gikan ang kwarta para SC... so dawat lag limpyo uban nato SC..

yes, you have a point bro.. but to implement the topic in a democratic country like ours - it is not possible (this is just how I thought about it..). that's why we should move to another form that will likely implement the topic.

and regarding people, we cannot just reboot all people and reprogrammed them. that is the reason topic is opened/discussed, to strain those that can possibly have good decisions and are somehow educated. in this manner, ang nag-sweldo sa gobyerno mao ang mo-decide kinsay palinkuron. (naa nay ni-post ani... bisaya lang ako. lol)
