Well, seeing that government runs on money, taxpayers money that is, it would be in my humble opinion that taxpayers should have a say on who runs the government. Kind of like England's poll tax that was proposed by the late Iron Lady, which was not very popular.

So there, with the mentality of the people here, can't see that proposal will prosper here...
