unsa mani.. "pay as you vote"
this actually makes sense...kung sa business pa, ang BUYER ang dapat mo-pili...dili ang mga onlookers/tindera...
though it limits the others like the others mentioned here...
i-consider pod ang:
- senior citizens ID
- student's ID
- etc...
murag uyon ko ani kaso dako pa ni debatihon ui.. i mean daghan loopholes.
This will defeat the purpose of embracing Democracy.
Tax or Education does Not make you a better Person. having a degree does mean you are much better than people who only studied elemetary. All dictators around the world have education and payed Tax - does that made them Good?
Having TIN does not necessarily mean nga educated ang person...
birth certificate ra man siguro ang requirement sa pagkuha ug TIN...still does not solve your problem...
Maayu. Makatabang pa hinoon ni sa atong nasud.
agree ko ani.. just add student's ID as what kit says pero sa senior dapat kana ra pod naa previous record sa BIR.
i have to agree with SioDenz' first statement but i guess we should move on to another form of government, our country has not improve tungod aning "democracy" kuno.
having a TIN number guarantees you are a taxpayer who has all the rights to vote...well, at least mas taas kag right to vote (bisan way heirarchy)...
true...but don't you think you're a better decision-maker when you're better informed?
basin mo-ingon ug media rana...ma-manipulate...okay..i give that...but does someone have first-hand experience anang gipang-report sa media?
awa ra tong villar ug C5 road...
that thing pulled that dude's ratings...and votes, eventually...
ang mga way access or menos ug access sa media, ang mahinumduman ra kay "anak man diay ni ni fernando po, jr. noh?"...kani...akong i-apil...
