Dahil po sa pagkamatay ng isang 65 years old na taiwanese fisherman, sobrang nagalit na po ang Taiwan sa Pilipinas... how do you think a ramming vessel straight at you be stopped? the shooting dead incident was an accident when PCG was trying to disable the vessel by shooting the engine. And northern Philippines is a gateway for drugs smugglers so PCG are usually armed.
