Is 20% increase in investment good enough?

I got a question, If your investment increases to 20% in 6 months? is that good or not good enough? For example, a person invested P500,000 then in grew P100,000 after six months so a total of P600,000. As an investor, do you think this is a fair increase in investment?

Hi guys, newbie here. Dili ko expert aning mga butanga (disclaimer na daan... hehe) pero sa ako lang nahibal-an:

1. Like sa giingon ni cebu.opportunities, it is a good investment if it beats inflation (taxes and fees pud). Inflation rate for this year is 3.5% man so mas taas dapat ana ang ROI, kung ubos, lugi ka.

2. For comparison, if mag time deposit ka sa mga banko, ang interest kay around 3-6% annually, mutual funds 8-10% annually, stock market investing around 20-25% annually. Daku na gani kaayo ng 20% but still possible. Pero kanang 20% semi-annually? If tama ako math, 40% annually ba na? Too good to be true jud bai.

3. Sa negosyo, wala juy 100% guarantee nga dili ka malugi. The greater the return, the greater the risk.

nindot na ang 20% in 6 months. kung sigurado pa lang na, surely apil ko ana, for now ako investments are returning around 27% per annum (avg in 3 years)... doubled my money in almost 3 years
