Default Is 20% increase in investment good enough?

I got a question, If your investment increases to 20% in 6 months? is that good or not good enough? For example, a person invested P500,000 then in grew P100,000 after six months so a total of P600,000. As an investor, do you think this is a fair increase in investment?

    For me, that's great already.

20% increase already beats inflation. That's good already.

As long as the money grows it is a sign of good business. You will just have to maintain it or make it even bigger.

But mao lagi, I was asked for a very big investment to be part of the corpo. then in return is 20% increase in capital within 6 months...

This means that proposal pa lang ni siya. Before you enter such investment, review first sa ila background, how is their business doing sa lain nga lugar, how many months ang ROI sa existing business, what are their activity plans and projects for the upcoming business nila sa cebu... read and secure a copy sa contract ninyo. unsa manang 20%, net na? regardless how the business will be doing, you are really entitled to receive that 20% increase every 6 months?

If existing na nga investment and it's earning 20% increase in 6 months, okay na na. What's important ky it's increasing and it's increase is higher than the inflation rate, taxes, fees, and other deductions. Like what they have said, mag-depende na siya on what kind of investment, what type of investor you are, and daghan pa factors.
