    i don't condone the actions of those noisy few who vandalize and destroy properties. they are absolutely wrong. but just because we have people like these, doesn't mean that everyone else has to suffer or that every LEGITIMATE complaint about the situation/status of our education sector will be ignored or discarded

    again, you are showing your ignorance about CCT. you presume that CCT beneficiaries are like those that living on the streets nga manglimos. you are assuming that the amount they received from the CCT program mao na lang ilang saligan. CCT, just like the budget for SUCs is a subsidy. again, subsidy.
