your first ignorance - it is indeed short term. mora ra nag limos ang CCT, that CCT is NOT enough for ALL poor people to send their children to school (can you honestly say CCT will be able to send these kids to college?) AND feed their families. you're most likely just making these poor people extremely dependent on short term cash. a better way to approach the problem would have been to provide an environment for these people especially the adults to get some jobs either through skills/livelihood programs. you don't just give these people fish, you TEACH them how to fish.

second ignorance - you're accusing na tanang tawo sa UP or other state universities kay mga aktibista. you're being way too presumptuous that schools like these are breeding grounds for communists AND corrupt politicians.
