    i agree

but the actions of these few doesn't change the fact that those budget cuts on the education sector (which affects everyone else) deserve to be revisited/reconsidered

especially when you know how much budget is allocated and spent by the senators

especially when you know how much budget was allocated to CCT, a band-aid/extremely short term and myopic solution (or non-solution?) from the previous administration that for some reason this present administration thinks it's the best way to alleviate people from poverty

CCT short term? klarong ignorante ka. how can that be short term when CCT forced beneficiaries to send their children to school?
so would you rather keep this children iliterate and pour ALL the budget on SUC's eskwelahan sa mga aktibista nga sigeg rally nga mahimong rebelde, o dili gani mahimong politiko nga mahimong buaya?

best comment! " That's easy for you to say na dapat walay tuition ang state universities.
Have you talked to a professor of one of the universities? You might want to get a more personal and professional view. UP is just a jeepney ride away in Lahug.

So let me ask you, was the student's suicide caused by Noynoy? How? And please, do me the favor of asking yourself 'WHY' five times for every of your reply.

Wow, you talk as if you know me and presume I have a silver spoon in my mouth when I was born but your wrong.
Anyway, that's not the point, poor or rich one much teach their children the proper values and one with proper values and the right eduction doesn't reply like you, so don't start to compare.

Hehe...pagpanganak wlay relationship? Hai... it goes to show how shallow you have though of this subject. No need for me to expound. I'll leave the challenge to you to think things through since life is full of challenges.

Ayaw pag hikog hap! Joke "

Cmac2 - luhod ko nmo sir. hehehe..

    ikaw siguro ang ignorante

your first ignorance - it is indeed short term. mora ra nag limos ang CCT, that CCT is NOT enough for ALL poor people to send their children to school (can you honestly say CCT will be able to send these kids to college?) AND feed their families. you're most likely just making these poor people extremely dependent on short term cash. a better way to approach the problem would have been to provide an environment for these people especially the adults to get some jobs either through skills/livelihood programs. you don't just give these people fish, you TEACH them how to fish.

second ignorance - you're accusing na tanang tawo sa UP or other state universities kay mga aktibista. you're being way too presumptuous that schools like these are breeding grounds for communists AND corrupt politicians. WAY TOO PRESUMPTUOUS. the budget i'm talking about is NOT about subsidizing tuition but rather the budget to IMPROVE the quality of education, the learning materials, the facilities, programs, get more qualified and knowledgable teachers for these students

lmao. as if this budget will be poured to SUCs ALL poor people will have free college education. haha CCT you make this children literate, let them know how to read and write and then they can be functional members of the society and they can feed on their own. that's where over used fish blah blah comes in.

the reality is that government works on a limited budget. the reality is that college education is a privilege. the reality is that there are LOT of individual who are children of poor parents who were able to get degrees from decent private institutions because they worked hard.

so don't be ignorant and pagmata na.

dili bitaw tanang estudyante sa UP aktibista, pero kasagaran aktibista gikan sa mga SUC mao pay gi subsidize sa gobyerno mao pay kusog mangreklamo, mangsunog pag government property.
