basic in economics, dapat ang tanan mogastos para molihok ang market. kung wala kaayo mogastos then the market will not perform well and the economy will be affected. mao nang it was recommended by economists that instead of putting our money in savings, we have to invest it para continues ang pag circulate sa money in the market...

P728-million fertilizer scam

( Ang nasakpan lang na ha!)

"Two months before the May 2004 presidential election, Sen. Panfilo Lacson, a presidential candidate, accused President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, herself running for election, of ?virtual vote-buying? by authorizing the release of P728 million to favored officials to buy farm inputs like fertilizer and pesticide for their constituents, as part of the Ginintuang Masaganang Ani project."

Philippines lost P101.82B to anomalies under Arroyo–COA
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines lost P101.82 billion through misuse of state funds and assets during the latter years of graft-tainted ex-president Gloria Arroyo’s rule, government auditors said Saturday.
The Commission on Audit highlighted anomalies that mostly occurred in the 2007-2009 period in its investigation of more than 61,000 government agencies last year.

i will go easy with you this time..

now pila man ka % ang kanang massive election spending against sa renewed business confidence ?

i keep asking you.. pila gyud ang total election spending? you implied dili minimum, it increase the GDP significantly.

i gave a rough estimate at P20B basing from NEDA study and knowing theres an election spending cap, that estimate is more than of the actual spending plus not all spending would reflect into the GDP record. now I ask you does 20B election spending significantly increase GDP or minimum lang ang increase. I keep reiterating that election spending should record at $4B+ or 1% of the GDP increase. again pila man gud ang increase in your own opinion. if maghatag na pud ko link moingon "gisa ako" ikaw kuno hatag. explain your side...

True giingnon, na nagcycle gyud ang money sa economy... kanang P20B ni recirculate somehow.. now tell me pila man pud na ka percent i .compare nimo sa $20B+ (dollars) OFW Remittances ? ? naa pa other factors that pump the economy bigger than P20B election spending.

Growth by sector

Private sector investment in construction, machinery and equipment resulted in a robust 17-percent growth in gross domestic capital formation. This supported the healthy pace of growth in manufacturing and services, according to the NSCB.

Industry contributed 3.9 percentage points to total GDP growth on the back of brisk manufacturing, particularly electrical machinery, petroleum and coal products, and food?thanks to a strong pick-up in domestic demand and the rebound in external trade.

The services sector contributed 3.5 percentage points to GDP growth, boosted by the strong performance of trade and private services. This was complemented by flourishing domestic investment, robust expansion in business process outsourcing, hotels and restaurants, wholesale and retail trade, and import and export trade.

Due to fewer typhoons, the agriculture sector managed to grow 5.4 percent in the fourth quarter. ?Only two typhoons hit the country compared to seven in the last quarter of 2009,? Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Cayetano Paderanga noted.
Nonetheless, full-year growth in agriculture, fishery and forestry was subdued due to the lingering effects of the El Niño weather phenomenon in the first half of 2010.

that is why it is called "anomalies" dili pa certain.

OT:
actually im not impress by your intellectual prowess, so no need to worry for my heart lol.

hahaha ask yourself unsaon pag-record kanang anomalies sa GDP if walay paper trails? IMF, World bank etc nag measure anang GDP.

plus kung gikan sa gov't coffers in the first place... it is considered as government spending dili election spending? gets mo ?

stop twisting... decided naman gud ko not to surrender mao na nag twist2x spin2x ka, term pa ni estor "master DJ".

its a general courtesy here in the forum to place links to backed your words. asa man na gikuha nimo ang 101.82B pesos plus proof part ana gigasto sa election ? ?

plus the longer this exchange of words (di man gud ni ma called debate lol) the more istoryan will know your reputation
