- Preferred, background in Sales
- Shift management capabilities and ability to manage varying skills of employees
- Analytical ability to decipher statistical performance reports
- Superior sales skills
- Strong multi-tasking and delegation skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- High level interpersonal skills
- High level of organizational skills
- Ability to deal with conflict in a positive fashion
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office products
- College Graduate Degree Qualified
- Minimum 2 years Experience as a Team Leader
- Minimum 1 years experience in call center as a sales representative

8:00PM - 1:00PM PH-Time
