Being a team lead is very crucial to project deliverables that is why soft skills is very important.. I would say 70% at least you have that over your technical know how. TL should not be arrogant about his role.. sometimes a TL has senior members who works on a project but it doesn't mean he senior than the other guys.. sometimes those senior members has the authority in making decisions to get the project going and sometime recieves a higher salary with what the Team Lead is making... so be Good to your team members because they helped you deliver your projects successful.
