Any Cebu Call Center looking for a Team Leader?

I recently moved to Cebu and I'm currently looking for a job as a Team Leader.
I have more than a year experience in a supervisory position so I know I'm qualified.
I know WIPRO, Teletech, and Convergys are all looking for Team Leaders but I can't decide where to apply.

I've read through the posts here (I can understand a bit of Cebuano) and I'm still undecided.

Help me please? Can anyone tell me how much your call center offers to external TLs?
Gusto ko lang malaman kung saan mas okay mag-apply.
I know it all depends on the account pero sana okay din yung management.
Please share your stories (preferably in Tagalog or English) to help me decide.

we can split the refferal bonus.. i think its 6k ref bonus if ur applyng a higher position. ul know.
TLs hav high pay here and lax. management is pretty good they are very pro agent.

i checked their site and i only saw an opening for CSRs/agents.
not sure how updated that site is.
can you get that info for me?
i'm okay with splitting the ref bonus.

korek, In addition, mas mo prefer sila ug internal hiring sa TL since naa na idea ang applicant about the job, rules, environment and uban pang mga kachuvahan. Priority pud sila since employee na sila daan.

Pero you can at least try.. Theres always an exception. Maybe IKAW ang ilang gipangita sa ilang pagka maanyag na companya..

naa man call centers mu kuha ug external TLs especially if nay new accounts then dili pa kaya sa mga internals i transfer and if naay pod TL Experience ang applicant, pero as usual, swertiay and timing lang jud na. goodluck!
