any synthetic drug is not really recommended esp for long term use kay naa poy tendency nga ma dependent imong lawas ana. best thing to do that really works for me is exercise in the evening mga 2 -3 hours before your bedtime. lami jud kaau imong tulog after plus other health benefits that you get from exercising. ug tapulan ka mo exercise, drink a glass of red wine before going to bed diba dali raka maktulog. hope this helps
