    Default Best way para mudaot?


    Guys, unsay pnaka best ug effective way pra mudaot? Alimuot kaau tan.awon ang chubby oyyyy... I'm really not used sa ing.ani nga lawas... nahan ko mabalik ko sauna nga daot ky feeling nku flexible kaau akong lawas... hehehe :mrgreen: Anyboby here could help me?

    exercise.. do cardio and weight training
    the instead of eating 3 full meals a day, divide it to 6 or 7 small meals
    swimming

    think about it if naai safe med nga para ma daot won't there be less fat people in the world? but saddly it's the opposite.. more and more people get fatter and fatter.. and they look for a "short cut" and spend millions and get no results and just eats more.. what do you got to lose mag gym ka? or even exercise.. there are no good reasons to stop/not getting fit.. just bad excuses...

    actually, time of the day really doesn't matter. important thing lang is that you do it constantly, and if possible in random para dili maanad imong lawas sa exercise. its a lot better that way para taas pirmi imong metabolism, so its easier to burn those unnecessary fats.

    as for me, i do jogging or biking early in the morning and cardio in the afternoon. if i could find more time, i do lift weights sa akong room
