will consider this also kai wala gud ne naalisdi ug thermal paste since paggamit ane 2yrs ago..maita mao lang ne solution....

try running an HHD diagnostics if there are problems with your hard drive.. kung naa kay gi-install recently na program, try removing it kay it may also cause a problem... you can also try system restore...

Solution ---- Thermal paste lang giilis.... thanks sa tanan naghatag og idea labina sa pag paremind ug ilis sa thermal paste!!!

basta kadugayan ma hubas jud nang thermal paste niana, labinag kada adlaw ug taas2 nga oras na gaandar..
