    Sacred Scripture AND Tradition.

The Bible should be explained and understood the way the Apostles taught and preached them, which consists our Christian Tradition.

We therefore, as Christians are required to perpetuate this Faith as revealed to the Apostles by the Holy Spirit.

We just cannot rely on our human tradition of Biblical self-interpretation to explain it for ourselves.

Do remember also what are those apostle were before they were selected by Jesus... Some of them are Fishermen, farmers, ordinary people. Not the intellectual people during that time. So if pwedi diay makasabot ang ordinaryong tawo sa Pulong sa DIOS, nganu di man Pwedi maksabot ang Professinal nga tawo sama sa atu karun which has the proven ability nga naay intellect to Pass a 4 year course?

Another thing to consider, Nganu WALA may gikuha si Kristo nga mga Pareseo/lider sa iyang panahon nga kadtung mga pareseo mao man toy dunay kaalam sa Tradition sa ilang pagtuo sukad pa sa panahon ni Abraham? Nganu pirmi man nuon niyang suphon or maoy i example sa mga maot nga batasan sa pagpangalagad?

I would say that you still adhere to the TRADITIONAL faith of Christians that Jesus is Lord. This makes tradition an important part of our faith because it affirms what has been believed by the Apostles.

Once you believe that Jesus is Lord, then you are complying to a TRADITION handed by the Apostles to us. You will be affirming that Tradition is indeed part of Christianity.

Nowadays, we hear a LOT of DIFFERENT messages from the gospel.

Prosperity gospel, (tithing and giving and trusting the Lord can make you RICH)
grace gospel of carnal christianity, (they can sin whatever they want because they are pre-forgiven)
a gospel that denies Christ's divinity, (INC, Arianism)

    etc etc you name it.

ALL WERE INDEED BASED ON THE BIBLE and all are products of the HUMAN TRADITION of Biblical self - interpretation.

Not at all, for Allah is best described in the Qur'an as, "And He is Oft-Forgiving and full of Loving-kindness" -Qur'an 85:14...sorry to disappoint you. Go on with your discussion about religious tradition and Biblical truth kay as a Muslim wala man mi maglibog ana kay we believed the Qur'an as the Criterion and its teachings are best exemplified by the life of God's Prophets.

Why am I seeing redundant threads ?

Obviously , only the RCC carries the SACRED SCRIPTURE and SACRED TRADITIONS as a DOCTRINE.

Address this sa existing thread ( QUESTIONS to RCC ) otherwise I will see this as an attack because of the nature of trying to DISCREDIT the RCC.

    Locking this.
