agree ko sa imu point regarding correction and warnings break,
however how would we know nga sakto atong POV therefore correcting others?
example is other denominations are accusing RCC as idolaters 'cause of some practices that
they think contradicts with the Bible, but in the RC's POV it doesnt and they can also back it up with
explanations...at the end of the day, corrections and warnings would or might still cause division
mao ingun ko i'd rather focus on what Jesus said about Loving others as myself...
kay sometimes the best expression of Love is to let go...
share as much as we can but pointing fingers and putting labels like how others do is not Love at all.
it's just purely disrespectful. correction and warnings can be an act of Love of course
but the act of Love is not limited to corrections and warnings only.
salamat sa well wishes break, same to you![]()
Mu comment lang jud ko bro.
I am sorry to disagree. But love is not the defined by letting go without doing anything with those who are erring. Parents best knows love. They have to do something if their beloved children have done something wrong.
biblical correction should be carried out because of love. And it should also be carried out out of fear. This is what Ezekiel 3:18 says
18 When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for[b] their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. 19 But if you do warn the wicked person and they do not turn from their wickedness or from their evil ways, they will die for their sin; but you will have saved yourself.
pasalamat gyud ko sa akong ginikanan nga mao ni ila gihatag nako nga name...kay murag na swak ra man sad sa ako pag tuo
Hebrew Meaning:
The name Danny is a Hebrew baby name. In Hebrew the meaning of the name Danny is: A Hebrew Daniel, meaning God has judged, or God is judge
Matthew 24:15
So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’[a] spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand
karon sakto pa kaha ta hehehe
im sorry you misunderstood me, letting go after sharing the idea.
mao ni ingun ko correction and warnings can be an act of Love
but Love is not limited to corrections alone.
when i said sometimes the best expression of Love is to let go
in a way that God let us go with our freewill despite of His instructions. though He can redirect us to His path in His own way
while we cant..so we can only let go and let God..if God respects, why can't we do the same?
if we really think others are wrong about their faith, why argue after stressing out the point?
why not pray instead? after all, we can all agree that we are not really sure if how we interpret the scriptures
is what God really has in mind...so why point fingers and put labels?(not in this thread though but its common within these types of conversations)
sometimes man gud i often find people insisting things on how they understood the Bible,or how their religion instructs, beliefs and interpretations..
thinking they are just sharing and correcting when actually it has gone beyond the barriers of respect.

lisoda pud ana ue... kai even though maka weigh ka... nga mas true jud ang biblical pero ang tradition kai part naman sad gud sa culture... and now a days culture is playing a very important rule to the society.
@noy, life
Naa bayay point puro ang duha brodswarning them and letting go....sakto tang tulo..hehhee.
Mao jud @noy, warning them first then let go.....naa ra nila kung motuo or dili.
And to those wala pa makabalo about salvation in Christ, nindot sad sultian/sharean....
Mura ug atong pinanggang anak ba, we raised them well para nindot ang ilang padulngan....but if something crooked nistart ug influence sa iya of course i correct jud nato and teach him kung unsay insakto....but if he insists, let him go but always warn him of the consequence sa iyang choices.
In ana sad atong ginoo coz He is a Moral/Righteous God, he doesnt wants us to be lost. Because of our freewill we can always choose to do our own....pero ang consequence dili jud mawala which is death. The love of God is always coupled with His Justice. Kay kung puro lang sad love, walay kalainan sa kang Jovi nga impersonal god...welcome bisan kinsa ang giila nga ginoo. Now, the cross of Christ will be of no effect.
This is what i understand about the love/mercy of God and His Justice...
Exodus 34:7
He graciously loves thousands, and forgives iniquity, transgression, and sin. But he does not leave the guilty unpunished,
