I AGREE with your supervisor. Knowing na naay gidala-dala na sakit y man pud nga duwa pa ka? Callcenter agent pud ko everytime I get sick due to the nature of our work. The company really needs a fit to work notice from ur doctore. I do not also see it as a harrasament jud the normal protocol in the callcenter environment ..

as ive said, ga-submit na ko og FIT TO WORK. they do not need a Fit to work that specifically stipulates the "FIT TO WORK IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT" kay in the first place, the doctor who attended to me is accredited by their insurance and knows that I work for a call center. naa man gani na sa ako patient's record that I am a call center agent. para nako man gud, you do not need to ask for that unless nangita kag bikil.

but anyways, cool na ni uy.. i did not give it to him yet because the feedback form he gave me thru email, wa man niya gi-print og gipa-sign sa ako. technically speaking, it was not binding as it did not have my signature. bisan asa pa mi mag-abot.

It's not harassment for me, ngayo man gani ang ops ug fit to work bisan fever or sore eyes lng? Unsa pa kaha nang complicated illnesses na? Especially, nag sunod2x na u absent. Ako man gani, super perfect attendace kau ko, ngayo man jud gani sila proof nga fit na jud ko mo work. Don't think about it as a personal reason sa superior, or there is something wrong with the superior asking you that thing, I don't think he's also looking for "bikil", unless naa mo past yssues.

Fit to work in a call center is just a documentation, and a proof nga dili naka mag cge absent2x in the future. Your record shows man gud what could happen again.

Ayaw nlng think nga ang company is pro YOU, it wont be like that, the company is pro company, not you. So make sure to think of yourself and take care of yourself nlng, comply to what is asked, be obedient nlng or else resign and find a new job that suits you. Kay ma question man gud ka why ni trabaho paka if dili man lng pud ka fit to work, and company expected u to work and not be absent baya. It's a huge los nman gud bisan usa lng ka absent, bsan man gani late dako na kau na problem.
