AFTER 3MONTHS(NO REST DAY, 4HOURS/DAY) OF BOXING AND BOXING STRENGHT AND CONDITIONG EXERCISES I WAS ABLE TO TRANSOFRM MY BODY FROM "DAOT" TO "MALAMAN UG LIKI". EVIDENCE? JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURE BELOW XD. NO GYM, JUST "HOME BASED" EXERCISE. NO PROTEIN SHAKES, JUST PROPER DIET. SLEEP ATLEAST 8HOURS/DAY.

1. warm-ups (goodmornings and if naay facilities ang gym, hypers...superset naku ug HIP thrusts or glute bridge) reason naku ani para ma stimulate una hip muscles naku kay if mudretso ra ko squat, dili kaau naku ma feel sa hips...
2. squats...
3. stiff legs...
4. bulgarian splits.
5. if naa pa kusog bilin or gas sa tanke ( leg press, extensions, and leg curls)...
is my program too taxing? i only do this once a week kay mao ra akogn lugar. salamat daan...ayaw lang sa ko pabayra sa imong PF pleasepobre kau ko ron.hahaha....
