not necessarily. well, generally daghan man fly-by-night nga mga ingana... pero if you want to get local clients, i would suggest you get the needed permits. but if you want to be law abiding, bisan pag international imong clients, it's a must gyud to get the permits. bayad sad kag tax kada tuig.

i think depende sa imong online business bro if mutransact jud ka personally mas maayo naa kay mga legal documents and permits pero if online transaction ra jud ok ra wala. Kung gasugod paka unya nana problemaha ang permits and churvaness basta imong tuyo tinarong way blema na.. if dako2x na gani kag agi nya tan-aw nimo u need to get permits or unsa pana kuha lang para sa peace of mind.

dili na basta-basta kung law abiding ka matud pa ni facebook.

domain name registration receipts/invoice can be obtained from the registrar where you register the domain. namecheap and godaddy will automatically email you the invoices upon registering the domain so it's not really a problem.

web hosting receipts can also be obtained if you have a helpdesk and client billing system attached to your website like WHMCS or ClientExec. depending the billing cycle (monthly, semi-annually or annually) they choose.

i for one is using WHMCS for my webhosting services. when a client orders a domain and hosting services, they are provided an invoice (e-mailed to them) automatically by the system.

If plan nimo nga mag reseller ka, ngita lng ka ug provider nga mo provide ug free billing software, para maka-save ka.

depende na sa client nimo. kay ako, before we provide a service to the client, we tell them that we work "VIRTUALLY". meaning email invoices, email contracts ug uban pa. kung ang imong client mangita ug physical invoice aw mapugos ka ug produce. i have a client nga gusto niya naay physical invoice, ako siyang gi-ingnan nga pwede pero generic. sugot ra man.

bottom line before giving services to a client, you should be honest with them about how you operate.

for this, wala koy idea kay daghan naka-park or naka-addon nga domains sa akong mga webhosting accounts. pwede ra cguro nimo i-charge or parking fee. regarding sa amo-a, we don't charge domain parking fee or add-on fee.
