Recommend a quiet 120mm/140mm fan fo chassis

Naa ko Silverstone AP120mm dri. Ok ra xa @990rpm @7V. Pero noticeable na jud ang noise if 12V @ 1500+rpm. Ok man gud xa ug review mao nipalit ko.

wala ra... dili ra na maka affect sa performance... granting dili saba tungod na hugaw sya ha... ma dungan lang sya kun hilom ang room... pero, most of the time, dili man hiloom... saba man gyud dba, either mag pa sounds or salida or games sa PC or saba ang kauban sa balay, sulod sa balay or sa gawas... so, useless kun mangita ta'g silent fan (joke3x) ... hehehe... gawas naka ON ang PC then matulog ta... kani, maka bantay gyud ta's noise sa fan(s)... kun usa ra, negligible ang noise... if duha or more... then pa dung ta'g tulog or mingaw na, kani, maka bantay ta's tingog nya...kun sensitive gyud ang ears... medyo, samokan sa "hum" sound sa fan(s)... maong mangita ang uban or preferred nila ang silent fan(s)...

sa akoang nakita, more on paper nag base ang comments... but not in actual use, ang uban, nag actual use pud hinoon... sa akoa, even the 2,350 rpm fans kay acceptable ra ang noise bisan inig padulong nako'g tulog... 2 x 120 mm fans sila in "push-pull" set up... plus noise sa other fans sa rig... total 6 fans man on the gaming rig... mao ni ang others 4 x 120 fans nya... 2 x 1,300 rpm, 2 x 1,650 rpm plus the other rig with 4 x 120 mm fans (1,100 rpm) and 2 x 80 mm fans (2500 rpm)... kani duha na rig mag dagan ug overnight ni permi...

even mag over night ning 4 desktops nko dri (naa sa room nko ni tanan), w/c i will do sometimes para burn-in pud ang uban kay panagsa ra sila magamit... ok ra gyud ang noise level inig padung ug sleep... basin maka tolerate ko'g higher decibels compared sa uban... share lang ko sa akoang experiences...

just my share about the PC fans noise in actual use...

^ granting, PWM compatible ang fans para ma control sa fan controller ang RPM nya... if not, the fans will still run in full speed

but, i wonder of the fan controller can control the voltage given to a non-PWM compatible fan... if yes, it would decrease or increase the fan(s) rpm... kun in ani, pwede ma control sa controller ang rmp sa attached fan(s) even the non-PWM compatible ones...

depende sa location, ako kay taga bukid man ko, so sensitive ako dunggan sa saba labi na if padulong kaadlawon. Madunggan sa pikas kwarto ang saba, ma ikog pud ta kay dili raman kita nagpuyo sa balay. If diri sa siyudad nuon, li ko mu mind pero ayaw na pud nang grabe nga hadjung sa fans. patabang pud ko ani.. dmd na ako stock case fans na lian-li. need two intake fans, both 120mm. and i need two 80mm fans, for my cpu cooler and exhaust at the back of the case. need them to be as silent and efficient as possible. TIA sa mga mutabang.
