There are lots of fans with good noise profiles, they are made for different purposes.. a chasis fan might not be the best heatsink or radiator fan.

Ako ngita sad kog 140mm for chasis intake, silence ang top prio.. looking at the thermalright 140mm fans katong regular form ang fanframe.

umm buy a generic fan thats quite enough and install it using rubber washers in between the grills to reduce noise and vibrations. :P

but seriously there are thermaltake and silverstone models available in most retail shops. pcx carries a thermaltake model (forgot) 120mm 1000rpm 17dba for 500 pesos.

Generic fans maybe enough for the masses but once you start using the correct fans for your needs your never gonna look back, as they say, experience is the best teacher!

yes master earl, its meant as a joke. there are cooler master models also available in Gaisano Interpace, i think those are silent models as well.
