Naa man sa income taxation laws nga if imong 13th month kay dili over 30k, dili na cia taxable. So if 10k ra imong 13th month, naay ubang good companies ang 20k ehatag gehapon na sa employees as non taxable allowance. Either e staggard na ug hatag for the whole year, or as lumpsum.

Anyways, mag standard ta ug word "dako"... Pila man ang imong idea sa "dako" TS? 3k? 5k? 10k? 50k?
Bro, since nag mention ka Kung ang 13th month Dili kaabot over 30k Dili taxable. Unsay sakto Balaod sa Pag compute, 13th month, ex. 15k, so wala kaabot 30k non tax, 14th month bonus 15k wala kaabot 30k so Dili taxable, 15thmonth bonus15k, 16th month bonus 15k. OR e add up Ņa tanan 13th month to 16th month then ang over 30k ang taxan?

13th Month is Non taxable bro pag below 30k..14th month is taxable so if imo monthly is 15k, ang imo 13th month pay is 15k exactly tpos ang imong 14th month is 15k less the appropriate taxes. pag lagpas pud imo swldo ug 30k, ang 30k wlay tax sa imong 13th month, ang excess kay taxable.
