    mga boss ask lang ko nnyo unsa inyong ma advise akong buhaton mag pa gamay ra kog lower belly kay mao ra nay akong gitarget mag pa lean ra sa tyan then ganahan pd ko mo form pd gamay akong lawas... I am currently 136 lbs...

    i usually use treadmill and some gym equipments...

    si naturalfreakcy bro ky murag gahi kaau na xa, mk-advise na xa nimo!

    if u ask me, kun ABS ang target: basically Sit-ups ra jud and strict food intake! brown rice for example ug ayw palabi sa beer!

    treadmill is good..keep it up! we'll wait for others to give their advise...

    lagi du no rice nako for 2 weeks den akong alcohol intake di na kaau...

    ang akong lower belly ra jud akong prob wa pa nawala... cge2x ako nya iask cya...

    Day1 - LEGS
    Day2 - Chest
    Day3 - REST
    Day4 - Back
    Day5 - Shoulders
    Day6 - ARMS (training w/ naturalfreackcy if schedule allows)
    Day7 - REST

    Wala pako nakabalik ug gym... pero if mobalik ko probably next month, mao ni akong program.

    M-W-F: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Legs
    T-TH: Biceps, Back, Legs

    Everyday: Sit-ups

    2x a week: Jogging/Sprinting
