Mon- chest and triceps(within 45 mins or less) treadmill(30 mins)
Tue- back and biceps(within 45 mins or less) treadmill(30 mins)
Wed- shoulders(no exact time but not more than 30 mins) cross trainer machine(30 mins)
Thurs- treadmill(30 mins) & cross trainer machine(30 mins)
Friday- rest day
Sat-Sun- Muay Thai training

Tuesday- chest and triceps(within 45 mins or less) treadmill(45 mins)
Wednesday- back and biceps(within 45 mins or less) cross trainer machine(45 mins)
Thursday- shoulders and legs(within 45 mins or less) treadmill(45 mins)
Friday- rest day
Saturday- 9am treadmill(1 hour) then Muay Thai training in the afternoon around 4pm
Sunday- 9am cross trainer machine(1 hour) then Muay Thai training in the afternoon around 4pm
