    Actually i'm gifted sa arm department. I can almost do anything and they'll grow. How i wish its the same for my calf though. for great progress sa arms give it its own day. Remember you will never be able to give 100% intensity sa arms nimo when you have already trained delts back or chest. Let alone legs becoz of its cardiovascular needs.. Giving it its own day ensure that you got all the focus on them and can train as heavy as possible getting great result.

    deadlift>squat>bench press>inclined dumbell press>flat dumbell press>inclined dumbell curls>barbell curl>
    light weight flys and legs then abs for isolation exercises..

    mao ni akong training program sauna...
    Mon- chest and triceps(within 45 mins or less) treadmill(30 mins)
    Tue- back and biceps(within 45 mins or less) treadmill(30 mins)
    Wed- shoulders(no exact time but not more than 30 mins) cross trainer machine(30 mins)
    Thurs- treadmill(30 mins) & cross trainer machine(30 mins)
    Friday- rest day
    Sat-Sun- Muay Thai training

    Tuesday- chest and triceps(within 45 mins or less) treadmill(45 mins)
    Wednesday- back and biceps(within 45 mins or less) cross trainer machine(45 mins)

    Friday- rest day
    Saturday- 9am treadmill(1 hour) then Muay Thai training in the afternoon around 4pm
    Sunday- 9am cross trainer machine(1 hour) then Muay Thai training in the afternoon around 4pm

    yup cge ghapon bro... lisod kaayo kung mka undang kay akong lawas magpangita man gud... hahaha... maskin rest day kay ang huna2 gnahan ghapon mag work out...
