If theres to blame i think its... PSG . they are just doing their job. I doubt this convoy will move without the PSG planning.

The presidential convoy will be much larger not including media men vehicles, and expect the three lanes SOP.

True. However, they didn't do much preparation when the initial entourage came - blocked off one lane with their vehicles. Additional preparation should have been done by the PSG who oversees the Highway Patrol Group and members of the security team.

Ang traffice flow nga nakuha nimo sa video that night, mas grabe pa gani ang usual nga naa nganha. It's just an ordinary convoy. Wala man to wang-wang. signal ra man to nga a convoy is passing. Ug ang usual nga flashing lights. he's the VP, TS. If ikaw pud ma VP ani nga nasod, maka realize tingali ka unsa ka importante sa security.

It's protocol that a presidential/vice presidential convoy can cause traffic when passing by this is to ensure security esp that they are 2 of the highest official of our country so we just have to bear w/it anyways it will only take a few minutes&it doesn't happen here too often........

As I said earlier I was at the restaurant first when I noticed the initial entourage of the security party. I wanted to emphasize how they blocked one lane. A mistake on the end of the police. I later headed down to the Waterfront intersection to document the traffic buildup there and how cars were blocking the intersection in spite of the CITOM being around. It so happened that VP Binay's convoy passed by while I was there.
