mga agents!... naay callcenter dri nga qualifications dili excellent in communication skills? bisag conversational english lng gud, although mo stammer jud ta gamay sa interview kay kulba man, and dili kaau strict when it comes to fluency and they consider your natural tone of the voice when speaking english without immitating american accent? pls help.. I was accepted man as an agent in opinionology, but I decided not continue nalng kay lau ra kaau ang lapu2 mepz2 sa amo haus... Taga labangon man ko gud.. mag 3 or 4 rides ko padong didto.. tsk2..

recruitment will know if your nervous during interviews or not. they know if that affects the way you deliver your answers. sa tanan nga gi-post nimo, i know you'll have good chance in the following: Convergys and Stream. both of them accept walk in. okey naman pud computer navigation skills nimo?

sa Convergys, uban na diha ang initial typing test. i think murag 25wpm para ma-consider ka for the next sets of exams which are easy to pass lang. sayon ra man pud nang 25wpm. okey ra man ang finger hopping.

sa stream, though they tend to accept more sa naa na experience, mu-consider sila if naa ka basic knowledge sa computer hardware, if kinahanglan jud sila ug tsr. i dont know unsa ilang new account karon.

ayaw pud ingna ang ga-interview na gusto ka sa chat support. let them choose. choosing ahead will tagged you as someone not flexible enough to be re-profiled.

I'm an undergrad, i tried to apply na tulo ka call center pero wala ko nadawat nitry ko sa strem, wala ko nadawat kay wala experience, sa support save & sa qualfon kay dawat unta ko kay naa potential but ang problem kay fixed ilahang training which is day shift. mas muprefer ko ug graveyard na training or kannag magsugud 7 pm.
