Also, ingna pud siya na ayaw ka worry kay bata pa siya and skilled pud. daghan trabaho nagpa abot ana niya especially sa BPO industry.

    ^^ ingna siya na dili jud siya angay ma balaka kay naay daghan mo tabang niya. mas maayo pa na sugod karon imo siya kuyogan didto sa DOLE ug pangayo ug advice. then visit the PAO office para naa na siya idea on how to fight her rights as a regular employee.

    monotonous ra.wa na lain bro?matay na management nila makapa.ulbo sd kaspa da.sa iyang side sad sir.she can probably listen or ask help from his fellow teachers labi na kato performer jud.mo observe siya gi unsa pag vary sa tone all throughout sa klase.basin naa sd siya ma learn ba na iya ma apply sa iya klase.

    ka-at*y ba aning klaseha sa management oi... kung monotonous ang teacher sa klase subject for termination naman... tagsa rajud nga mga korean-owned company nga tarong...pulos walay ayo...

    if gitagaan ka 2 weeks to improve meaning wala na kauyon ang company sa imo performance. Kasagaran gud dayon madapig diri sa employee. dili na pataka ang company decide ana oi. If tan aw ninyo kamo ni advice moadto sa dole na ang company nag pasagad lang decide, ang company completo na na sa Bala mao ni hatag ultimatum Base on experience dili nako paabton sa ing ana na situation if dili ko sure na makadaug ko sa labor dispute.

    Nagdahum cguro mo na all the time employee ang modaug sa DOLE

    Question why man naabot sa ana? most of the time employee issue na. unless tibook company ang gi warningan or daghan ing ana na case then it could be na company na.

    your friend should ask specifically for what reason... because stats maybe ok but feedback from students might be something else

    I worked a call center job before and always passed QA and always got high customer ratings... but kept failing miserably with AHT

    I'm not from Cebu but my first job was here... I lasted about a year in the first job but then worked four years with the next company.

    in total I've had about 4 official jobs in all and several odd jobs

    try to improve but it also might be time to move on to something better

    pastilan dili na angay kabalak an ang iya blema TS.. kay kana mga naa sa ESL dali ra man na kita ug work pod. anyway kana two years nimo sa work if ma compensate man ka if ma separate naka dili man sad na ingon dako jud imo mdawat.. plus pa jud dili angay mahadlok kay ug mao jud na ang mahitabo naa pay nindot nga purpose ang kinabuhi.. naa pay mas dako nga grasya nag paabot ana niya TS.. " The best is always yet to come".. yaw na siya pabalak a.. She must enjoy life to the fullest.. let it be..

    This post is spot on. TS, have your friend read cyraxx's response, because it makes the most sense.

    Not to discourage your friend... but perhaps she will be happier else where.

    DOLE will side with you if oppressive jud kaayo ang practices sa work place, but if performance na gali hisgutan, the company has the final say. Maayo gali gihatagan sya ug advance notice to improve or else.

    I'm sure if we place ourselves in the shoes of the employer, di sad ta ganahan magsige ug bayad sa employee na wa ta ganahi sa agi.
