    Default they're giving me 2 weeks to improve....

    mga bro/sis... i have a friend who's kind of paranoid and afraid that she might loose her job.

    mao ni iyang sugilanon mga bro/sis:

    she has been working for 2 years sa usa ka ESL school dri sa cebu... so, obviously, REGULAR na xa... and she said also nga lain-lain ang ilang manager every now and then kay lage mga koreano man, so lain-lain ug standard nga sundon...

    and lately, ang nipuli nila nga korean manager kay pwerting istriktoha.. he's been listening all their soundfiles, although naa sila QA...

    and this korean manager kuno has found out nga poor kaayo iyang performance compared to others... pero kapasar sya sa standard nila nga QA score...


    pila may sugilanon, gi-ignan daw xa nga tagaan xa ug 2 weeks to improve her performance, otherwise, taktakon xa sa trabaho... ug mao nay iyang gikahadlokan karon...

    what if nga gibuhat na niya ang tanan, pero it wasn't good enough for them jud:

    IYANG MGA PANGUTANA:

    1. masayon-sayon ba sya sa pagtak-tak sa trabaho nga regular employee naman daw xa?

    2. kung ugaling nga taktakon jud xa naa ba siya'y kasandigan aron matagaan ug hustisya ang mahitabo niya (ang makulban ug kaldero)?


    SA MGA EXPERT diri about labor laws, i hope inyong matabangan akong friend kay luoy sad...

    duol sa dole kung magkalisod...ang problema ana, kung regular ba jd cya, kay kung regular ka, good as tenured na ka hinlabi na kung 2 years. meaning anang tenured, as long as wala'y grabe nga sayop sa imong pagpanarbaho, as in ground for termination na gyud, di ka matang-tang. as stated in art. 282, Labor Code; blameworthy acts on the part of the employee such as serious misconduct, willful disobedience, gross and habitual neglect of duties, fraud or willful breach of trust, commission of a crime and other analogous causes. mao ra ni ug wan-ay lain pa.

    ako pa niya, di cya angay mabalaka arun di madistorbo iyang concentration sa iyang pagpanarbaho. kung di gyud mada, hala hatagi ug shabu balig upat ka gramo.

    naluoy lage ko boss kay na-self concious na kuno xa sa workplace .... usa pa sad first job ni niya.. then, taga mindanao ni xa...

    Like they advised boss, dili siya mataktak og sayon sayon tungod sa labor laws sa Philippines.
    Otherwise, kung poor iyang performance for one year na ang dagan, the company can actually terminate you.
    Pero kung bago lang ni nga panghitabo, lalisonon pa gyud.
    If she wants help with her performance, I'm sure daghang maka tabang diri.
    Two weeks is long enough para mu-improve ang usa ka tawo.

    bro, perting daghana pang lain nga kompanya matrabahoan..kung ing.ana ilang pama-agi well
    dili cla deserving sa effort sa imu sister..dayun maskin pag ubos iya performance comapred to other employees
    as long as naka hit siya sa ila target..wa jud nay problema oi...
    kung ing ana man gani sakto tong giingun ni bai brian joshua adto sa DOLE...
    basin maka kwarta pa mu sa ilang kabuang..hehehehe...
    and kung ESL instructor imu sister..pa applya nalang na siya ug call center oi..
    mag trainer pa sya..aw..safe na kaau..dako2x pa jud ug sweldo..

    di cya angay mag-guol bahin atong mando sa iyang amo. please put this in mind, even if dole is there, dili ingun ana ka absolute ang rights sa isa ka employee...natagaan man cyag ultimatum pd nga 2 weeks, so within two weeks, kayod dyud cyag maayo kung di cya gnahan matang2x. kung mag salig pd mo sa dole, mahimo man na, apan dili diha2x dayun, kay di lng pd kay siya ra ang nireklamo.

    so ang nindot gyud niyang buhaton is the notion of 'giving all out" in two weeks time.

    ang ilang QA dapat una taktakon in what sense na "poor iya performance bro". naa ba na sila scorecard na they need to pass everymonth? unsay basihan sa ila manager na pwede siya mataktak performance wise?if wala den binoang nana.
