Please understand, I am not siding with either one of them. I just clarified john_yo's point and suggested a better argument for Scott that is less "hot argument"-magnet.

And please before saying that i was not able to help. Try reading your posts again. Were any of it helpful? It was just all bashing. Tsk2. I strengthened the point to TS that there is nothing he should worry because DOLE can not get involve with his situation BY pointing out one factor on how to test whether an employer-employee relationship exists. That, i believe, helped.

Ang akong point is:

1. Ayaw ka hadlok sa DOLE... especially if wala moy contract.

2. Ni ingon ko nga parehas sa akong sitwasyon, kay diba? Parehas raman nga nang reklamo sila sa DOLE... I didn't say nga 100% full copy ang akong stiwasyon.. (na unsa naba ni oi.. ) Ka klaro ana nga dili parehas ang family driver ug PUJ driver. Sa adjective lang daan...

3. Sige, unofficial empleyado to namo ang among ex-driver... 300pesos raman ang gepabayad gani? Unsa na kaha kung driver ra sa PUJ. Either pa hatagon ra gehapon ug pahalipay ang TS sa complainant, or ma dismiss ra gehapon.
