TS, as far as I know most callcenter companies modawat ra man sila walk-in applicants and regardless if naa ka callcenter experience or wala. Diha namn na sila mo require ug experience if your aiming for officer position like TeamLead.

Sa ako experience, I've tried two companies first sa IT park where I failed during the interview. Hahaha.. Finally sa ako ika-3 attempt nadawat na jud. And I tell you, i'm not well-versed jud sa English. Bagsak man gani ko sa Language assessment but gitagaan ko chance nila to improve since vowel ra man sad jud ko nasangit.
