i understand your sentiments... pero antayin mo nalang bro, wala ka na magawa... ganyan talaga ang mga reseller, hahanapan ka ng butas para d lang maipa warranty ang items... at least somehow tinanggap pa din nila ung item for warranty...

Scratches shouldn't be a problem, unless they're planning to sell it again. Anyway, pcx's facebook page just showed pictures of their "events". I read it here that they use the products they sell in those promo events. I guess it's not a good time to buy from pcx for the next couple of months, huh?

may tendency kasi na nahulog ang vc kaya nagkaroon ng scratches na magdulot ng pagka sira niya, di ba hindi malayong mangyari yan,
buti tinanggap pa ng nasabing store yan.

kaya next time, ingat talaga tayo sa pag handle sa mga bagay bagay, para pag mag pa warranty tayo wala nang hassle palit kaagad, maliban nalang sa mga monitor ngayon wala ng direct replacement
