having good grades? Lamang kaau na in the eyes of the HR people. Personal opinion nako TS, maau jud ng medyo dagko kag grado, naay mga awards inig graduate kay humot kaayo na sa mga employer, mas taas ug possibility for dali nga promotions and capability to hold higher positions. whereas kun not so good grades, magpakitang gilas ka pa before ka i-consider i-level sa mga with higher grades.
Plus kadtong dagko grado, mas mo-seek pa jud ug advance studies like masters ug doctorates therefore they are doing much hardwork more than with the lower graders.

Bitaw , we can't do anything about it cause mao na jud ang pangitaon everytime mag-apply ka so bisag unsaon nimo wala na ta'y mahimo kay employers will always see your grades before performance(except kung ang imong applyan kay conductor).

It's not about your grades but your skill set. look at the job ads of the big companies, wala may labot ang TOR inig apply nimo. para rana sa mga fresh grads, and good grades does not guarantee you getting the job, at most a second look at your CV by the HR personnel.
