I have seen the best of Cotto. But it wasn't enough to beat the 99% Mayweather.

Yeah I know they want the people to know that they can take handle it but it's a bit risky. Mayweather could've knock Cotto out in the 12th but chose not to, wonder why...
He was laying on the ropes because he's older now, and he doesn't move as well as before which I like coz it makes for entertaining fights..
Told you he wouldn't knock Cotto out. He's just not that kind of a fighter. It was too risky for him to do that. It has almost always been the case in Floyd's fights in recent years. He could have KOed Marquez but he didn't, same with this fight

ahw kung magpa-sweto, sorry nalang daan. hehehe. But that is my honest analysis. This is one of PBF's not-so-one sided fights (due in part to him not sticking to his regular style), and belongs to the group of fights where Floyd does not win handily (along with the Victor Ortiz, Diego Corales and Luis Castillo I fights). Now we understand that Floyd's ducking away from Cotto in the past had legit reason.

He's probably the best out there, even better than Pacquiao, but that doesn't mean anything if he tries to abstain from a fight with Pacquiao. Great analysis.

Mayweather gets really uncomfortable when given non stop pressure. Well, who wouldn't be? That's why he never fought Margarito back in the day, and now he does not seem to want to fight Manny despite saying he does. Pacquiao's southpaw stance, quick feet, combination punching, power, stamina and a very good chin spell BIG TROUBLE for Mayweather.
On paper, Floyd may easily beat Pacquiao, but that's why they fight the fights. Cotto was supposed to be knocked out as predicted by many, but he gave Floyd hell. Manny will even send Floyd there if and when they fight.. lol

yeah he's a bit slower now than in the past and in his last 3 fights including this one, he's a bit more offensive than the usually Mayweather we see that's i see him finishing that fight. He can pick Cotto apart in the center of the ring but didn't probably because he wants to give people their money's worth, see him in adversity than a loop-sided win. It was an exciting fight IMO.

I always think Manny is the best fight for Money. IMO Pacquiao has 50% chance of beating Mayweather and Mayweather has 50% chance of beating Pacquiao it's an even fight for me but the only problem is when is this fight gonna happen, they're already passing their prime.

add to that: Pacquiao's mastery of using angles and maintained accuracy. I think that one really has PBF's camp worried. irregardless of who wins the fight between Pac and PBF, They'll just have to change Pretty Boy Floyd's nickname to just "Boy Floyd".
