I think ang mga komentaryo nga boring ang fights ni PBF is finally getting to him. He tried to go toe-to-toe with Cotto and ditch his usual style on several rounds--didn't work out so well. In the end PBF played enough of his style to lead in the scorecards.

After seeing this fight, I am convinced that Pacquiao is indeed Mayweather's kryptonite. He avoided Cotto's punches by using his patented shoulder roll, but consider this--when Cotto improvised on his angles they landed on PBF's face (causing the initial damage to PBF's nose)....We know, (1) Pacquiao is the master of using unreal angles to connect, (2) is faster (than Cotto) and can put up the volume to overwhelm, and (3) is comparable to Cotto's power. I say Mayweather still leads in the odds, but it's not that big and he'll definitely have a long night with Pacquiao. If Mayweather is TOO cautious, there is a chance he will allow Pacquiao to dictate and lead in the scorecards, if he is TOO careless and get in a slugfest with Pacquiao, he'll end up with more than just a bloody nose. But if he does get into the right rhythm and game, he'll probably win.

Yeah I know they want the people to know that they can take handle it but it's a bit risky. Mayweather could've knock Cotto out in the 12th but chose not to, wonder why...

boring? KOs don't always mean exciting but maybe in your "special" case haha
bolded part: I don't know, maybe because he couldn't. I don't see why PBF would not KO/KD him if he could have.

I'll agree with you though, lack of KOs don't make for boring fights. However, Mayweather's style, as fail-proof as it is, is technical therefore it isn't as exciting as a slugfest. I can always appreciate a smart fighter's fight, but its not worth $60-$70 for PPV.

If the movie "Rocky" had revolved around a boxer who fought using pure technique, it wouldn't have done so well in the box office

nindot man tong awaya sulit au tong ppv ato abot kog 12 rounds. Galing lang more on brawl ang away kay di man gusto mo pa distansya si cotto kay kansi man cya. Kung slugfest pato samot ka nindot og pabor si cotto ato pero marunong man si floyd so he used his reach advantage.

This is far more credible and detailed than what Mayweather is tweeting.

I don't like Bradley to be Pacquiao's next opponent because he leads with his head. But of all Pacquiao's possible opponents (Cotto, Bradley, Peterson and Marquez), Bradley is the best choice (well, maybe not economically). He is a young, strong, undefeated junior welterweight. He is not weak and undersized like you pointed out. He's the same size as Pacquiao for crying out loud, plus he soundly beat Peterson. And he is undefeated, which I assume you would have a high regard just like Mayweather since I can still remember us arguing about the importance of being "undefeated" last year.
Pacquiao already beat Cotto, decisively. No need to watch that again. I don't blame Floyd for choosing Cotto over Alvarez and Guerrero, but he should have chosen Pacquiao. Cotto, at this point of their careers does not stand a chance against Mayweather (I'd be very glad if I'm wrong). Bradley has a better chance winning against Pacquiao, than Cotto winning against Mayweather.
You praising Mayweather fighting Cotto is the same as me praising Pacquiao if and/or when he fights Bradley. Fan ka ni Floyd, kang Manny sad ko.
In your mind Pacquiao ducked Mayweather, in mine, Mayweather ducked Pacquiao. But if one is going to be OBJECTIVE about the whole thing, its plain black and white who has the history of avoiding fighters, and its not Pacquiao.

    Long Live Pacman
