it doesn't make sense that there is a school rule disregarding human rights. Not unless if you are speaking of another school then it is. But if we are talking of STC here, can you site which rules in their handbook that disregards the said human rights?

as far as i understood the published statements, it is with regard to activities done outside of the campus
activities personal and or personal belongings.

Hands off nako ani nga topic uy. Gubot na kaayo basta mga abogado na ang nagkontrahanay. Puro nalang na mga basura / bakak ang atong madunggan ani basta lang maka +1 sa ilang caso.

2. TRO itself was questionable, as if the sanctions set by STC upon the students were unlawful (which were not). (stc +1)
