the stock device is rated at 21mbps. ang rocket kay CAPPED at 12mbps.

also, ang smart rocket kay naay bandwidth cap pud.
meaning, you have a ceiling of how much data to use per day.

as alternative, i suggest you buy the huawei e353 instead.
pareho ra man sila na device, pero wala niagi sa kamot ka smart.
so no speed capping, no bandwidth capping.
