Why not just tell the truth? Who knows if nindot jud ang reputation nimo with the company then maybe they'd give you a promotion and a raise instead.

kung naa problema, dili man pwede i direct ug sulti sa amung Japanese manger gud, kay tanan ang supervisor ra jud namu bale sumbunganan sa tanan... issues and concern..anything. Ug ang amu supervisor, dapat unta nakakita na sya kung sa iyang mga staff if ok na ba, like ang ilang mga skills ok na ba... dapat pantay2x ang nahibal-an..kung pareha sila Juan ug Pedro ug position, kung kahibaw si Juan dapat pud unta kahibaw si Pedro. Kung gi grant si Juan sa tanan, dapat ana pud si pedro... kung walay limit si Juan dapat ing-ana pud unta si Pedro. But seems, murag wa nako ma meet man gud.

don't expect your supervisor to see everything and be able to read your mind. if there are concerns, you have to raise it, so that appropriate actions can be made to address the issue. just my personal opinion based on what you posted, no offense, i think one of the problem here is that you have several concerns but you never brought these up so it has now piled up and has become too unbearable for you. and your most recent concern is how to say to your supervisor that you want to leave, but you still were not able to open up this issue for discussion.

Bro, sakto man na imong gi buhat na nagthink ka sa company or na ikog lang jud ka sa imong manager, but at the same time you have to think of yourself pud oi.. put it like this.. if you were the boss and u had an employee who wanted out but didnt have the guts to tell you so.. eventually that employee would be a slacker, a hater, employee who settles for average.. basically not being productive which would also mean na ma hurt ang company.. ikaw ra pa jud ang ma hasol kai ikaw na nuon ang murag walai ayu.. tell the truth and everyone wins. wa man sad pugsanay ang trabaho oi.. kung di na ka di dili na ka.. wala man kaha contract..

well,siguro sayup pud nako why wala nako ma open ang about sa akong concern... pero naa man gud unta mi skills inventory which is tataw kaayu didto gibutang nako ang tanan nako nahibal-aw ug level sa akong nahibal-an sukad pagsugot nako, pero nganu wa man man jud follow-up evaluation kung ok fully understood naba akong nahibal-an...i mean kasabot naba jud kaha ko or wala. Nga ila na man unta ng trabahu to check ug evaluate ana.

Naa man gud mi list of tasks and skills nga dapat sundon ug hibal-on. Ang akong kauban nga kadungan na nako ug intake sweto na kaayus tanan,kay siya ray nasiguro ug tudlo sa tanan2x, samtang ako wala pa... kay kahibaw ka, 3 months after mi nakasud sa company, gi deploy na dayun ko sa laeng factory or branch nga hilaw pa kaayu. Wala pa nako ma hibal-i ang ubang trabahoon sa akong work. Murag ba ug gisalig na tanan nako tong usa ka factory where ko gi assign, nga ako lang ang naka assign as if perting maayuha na nako,nga ang tinood dili pa raba jud. Nga unta dapat puli-puli man mi unta assign ani. Bale 1 week ako diha ma assign, 1 week na pud siya... Pero nahimutang nga ako na lang tanan diri dugay na kaayu, nya ang usa didto toa sa main ug maoy bale na focus ug tudlo sa tanan dapat mahibal-an kay toa man ang mga seniors didto.

Naa koy gi compose nga letter para sa amung visor, about my plan of resign. Bag-o lang ni nako nabuhat ug planu nako ni i-email today mga hapon na siguro before ko mo out sa work aron in kaso naay syay reaction ugma na lang namu mahisgutan. hehe..

I have been meaning to tell you personally of my plan of giving you notice of my resignation as required under our company policy. However, I was quite hesitant during the turn-over of tasks of our co-employees who just also intend to resign, since you have already said that it is hard for the company to facilitate transfer of task for employees who would like to resign.

This is why I am writing you so I can express my intention of my plan to resign this May, 2012. I am more than willing to discuss with you my plan, only that I felt hesitant during the time that I was about to tell you of my plan.
