    sakto nman to imo gibuhat brackitz. kuhaon lng sa jd nimo ilang consent through atik2 sa letter. pareha nko before, bolatik ra gni to halos tanan, nakuha nko ila consent pero with condition pd lge, di ko nila iparesign kung way makapuli nko sa ako position.

    hahay faet...wa jud ko ka sulti ganina after samu meeting bah...

    saonz amu supervisor naghisgut na man gud ug turn over of task sa mga
    ka officemates nako nga moresign pud this year.. naay mu resign April, June, ug
    August... nya ako jud planu sa May.. Ilang mga tasks giturn over na sa mga new
    regulars and new intakes...

    Maayu sila kay nakapahibaw na man gud about sa ilang resignation, nya ako tawn
    ani wala pa...naglisod na hinoon kay nagpa dungog2x ang amu manager nga
    dili daw sya mo sign if naa pay laeng moresign this year..waaa....saon mani nako.

    sad..sad...sad....

    mag email na lang jud ko ani sa amu visor this monday,kay dili na jud ko makahimu
    pagsulti niya about sa akong resignation plan... huhuhuh..

    Why not just tell the truth? Who knows if nindot jud ang reputation nimo with the company then maybe they'd give you a promotion and a raise instead.

    dapat pantay-pantay ang nahibal-an? i don't think you can have the same level of knowledge and experience unless exactly the same ang inyohang work and environment.

    don't expect your supervisor to see everything and be able to read your mind. if there are concerns, you have to raise it, so that appropriate actions can be made to address the issue. just my personal opinion based on what you posted, no offense, i think one of the problem here is that you have several concerns but you never brought these up so it has now piled up and has become too unbearable for you. and your most recent concern is how to say to your supervisor that you want to leave, but you still were not able to open up this issue for discussion.

    Bro, sakto man na imong gi buhat na nagthink ka sa company or na ikog lang jud ka sa imong manager, but at the same time you have to think of yourself pud oi.. put it like this.. if you were the boss and u had an employee who wanted out but didnt have the guts to tell you so.. eventually that employee would be a slacker, a hater, employee who settles for average.. basically not being productive which would also mean na ma hurt ang company.. ikaw ra pa jud ang ma hasol kai ikaw na nuon ang murag walai ayu.. tell the truth and everyone wins. wa man sad pugsanay ang trabaho oi.. kung di na ka di dili na ka.. wala man kaha contract..

    well,siguro sayup pud nako why wala nako ma open ang about sa akong concern... pero naa man gud unta mi skills inventory which is tataw kaayu didto gibutang nako ang tanan nako nahibal-aw ug level sa akong nahibal-an sukad pagsugot nako, pero nganu wa man man jud follow-up evaluation kung ok fully understood naba akong nahibal-an...i mean kasabot naba jud kaha ko or wala. Nga ila na man unta ng trabahu to check ug evaluate ana.

    Naa man gud mi list of tasks and skills nga dapat sundon ug hibal-on.     Naa koy gi compose nga letter para sa amung visor, about my plan of resign. Bag-o lang ni nako nabuhat ug planu nako ni i-email today mga hapon na siguro before ko mo out sa work aron in kaso naay syay reaction ugma na lang namu mahisgutan. hehe..

    Kung naa mo ika comment or ika add, sige lang padayun lang.

    I have been meaning to tell you personally of my plan of giving you notice of my resignation as required under our company policy. However, I was quite hesitant during the turn-over of tasks of our co-employees who just also intend to resign, since you have already said that it is hard for the company to facilitate transfer of task for employees who would like to resign.

    This is why I am writing you so I can express my intention of my plan to resign this May, 2012. I am more than willing to discuss with you my plan, only that I felt hesitant during the time that I was about to tell you of my plan.
