    Default Starting Salary of Cebu Call Centers


    I'm planning to have a career change and gusto nako suwayan ang BPO industry. I'm currently earning as an accountant at around 20k a month. I'm resigning na and applying to these companies. Pila kaha ila starting noh(including additional incentives)?

    bcn magmahay ka lang ni resign ka. kadako na imo sweldo kron. naa sa 13-17k ang starting sa call center agents.

    why quit? think hard before you do that. accountant man kaha ka. mao na naa klaro career path. tanan diha sa list nimo, except JPMC, below 18k na sila, including allowance na yan. dont know how much ang HMO, sa CVG i think is 100K thru intellicare.

    if willing ka work your heart out to get more than 20K salary after 5 years, go ahead. apply na.

    i agree with this. you have a good career path na as of now. why risk it.

    Oi...no experience...12-14k basic at least ang offer...basta Callcenter...better stay there career change ..is a very big risk nowadays...

    what is your reason for leaving? i think you have to think what motivates you to work and do your best? although money is a big factor, it is not everything.

    It's a very long story bya. I'm working on Mon-Sat pa jud. I've heard good things on JP. F sum1 can help me, I wud appreciate it.

    why not try a different company muna with same line of work? anyways, you can only tell if good ba jud sa usa ka callcenter if naka-try na jud ka work didto, kay lain lain ra ba huna huna sa tao.

    walk-in na lang. monday pa man kaha ka apply?

    nganu mag career change man ka bro nga accountant man ka?? think twice before ul make ur final decision.. remember that call center agent is not a lifetime career..ur not gonna grow old with this kind of work..depende kung admin position cgro imo applyan.. remember that people in call centers will just come and go..ur already a professional and make the best out of it....

    Y quit jud. Bati kaayo BPO bro. BPO nako for more than 5 years pero nahan najud ko mag career change. Ako pa nimo bro kay dili nlang ko mag career change. 20k per month? payter naa kaayo nah.
